... but nah, go on talking about Mat Zo and Supertab. That's more important, right?

Words cannot even begin to describe how eagerly I'm anticipating this double-release. Suffice to say, this is certainly the biggest EDM news in months.

Do you reckon BT & Andrew Bayer's "The Emergency" track will be featured?

It can still be re-released. It's possible. Unlikely, but possible. My question is valid. Lol

Nevertheless, can't wait to hear what it sounds like. :)

Really? Give me one example of that ever happening.

Easy. Vicenzo's "Get To Know You" released in September or October 2011. Now being released on Anjunadeep04.

I'm not saying BT is gonna do it. My simple statement was that it's possible but unlikely. :msn-wink:

thats not an album.

Under that logic: all anjuna releases, then the re-releases on artist's compilations.

Not an album but a two track release. 1/4 of a full album. Counts? :P

And ahhh, I see what you did there.

This is why I'm excited right now. One of the most quintessential electronic albums of last decade (and I daresay for the next 25 years).

Don't get me wrong; I loved These Hopeful Machines. But BT's craftsmanship in This Binary Universe is unparalleled. I hope the sequel can live up to the high bar set by its predecessor.

I never listened to his most recent album in full, only listened to the remixes that were played on radio shows and what not.

Guess I should go listen to it before I make any comments about him having an upcoming album.

Honestly, it would be surprising. Don't forget that TBU was mixed in 5.1 Surround with short films. It's truly a piece of art

2 Albums, does he have an alias I don't know about, which makes 2 completely different types of albums? I know he's been playing out a lot more DnB. Or is one of them a collab album as stated above?

Any word on that?

PS: Looking forward :D

yes! binary universe is an experience and must be listened to with good headphones to really hear everything.

i like the 're-imagined' machines album better than the actual album, oddly enough.

I know some prefer the remixes, but set aside 2 hours for These Hopeful Machines: I loved the progression from start to end.

Completely forgot to mention that! Maybe he's been working on the same things for this one?

Don't know really; we'll find out next week. My guess is 2 albums: one that is a successor to TBU and one that might be his "normal" EDM based album.

If you can, 5.1 headphones or 5.1 surround sound. As arkiamusic mentioned above, TBU was mixed in 5.1: it is stunning going from stereo to surround.

Sadly, not everyone appreciates the brilliance of Mr. Transeau.

... but yeah he's pretty much a musical God.
