I have a friend who made this track, but it's not signed. Do you know if there are any labels to sign it? And how does he do it?

This is just my opinion, but I'm not sure is that one still signable. There are some technical faults as far as i hear, in ex. Mono clap, the vibra/chorus lead thingy, but basically if you want to submit demos just find labels hompage and submit it trough there. Nowadays they usually accept direct soundcloud link whit dl (need to be dl enabled?) There are various threads where you can find labels
