Boom Jinx & Andrew Bayer vs. Matt Lange ft. Kerry Leva The Oceanlab for Anjunadeep

This was something that popped into my head the other day. I was going to post it in the "Something On Your Mind" thread but I felt it could use its own thread. The idea behind it is like how the sub-title suggests, the Oceanlab for Anjunadeep. Kerry would be on vocals (who could also throw in ideas for the tracks, including some piano solos like the undo for Rift); Matt Lange and his crunchy percs, mellow drums, and tech transitions; Andrew Bayer and his dark basslines, masterful grooves, and unmatched style; and lastly, Boom Jinx's creative and complex melodies (who also loves to work with others and spicy foods).

I already understand that this has a less than 2% chance of happening, but it's a nice thought to have. :P
Now, what do you guys think about this idea and what would be your first thoughts if you saw something like this announced?

P.S. Matt if you're reading this, I'd love to hear your thoughts too.

I wasn't trying to compare Kerry to Justine. It's the idea of the whole thing. :P

Great idea in theory. The best producers working together. Indeed all bringing their own sound into one amazing track without a doubt.

But there's no need. Sepperatly their are succesfull enough. And making all 4 of them working together as a project wouldn't probably work cause the track would never be perfect enough according to all of them (geuss work)? :msn-wink:
It might work like for example In And Out Of Phase, as it's one (perfect) track. But as a continueing project as in Oceanlab, I hope so, but doubt it.

I'd honestly prefer the idea of this without the vocals. Im a strong believer in vocals damaging a track more than improving them (few extreme exceptions of course).

What about Matt Lange's latest EP and doing his own vocals? I think they fit very well with the track. When it comes to vocals for Deep tracks, they don't necessarily have to have full lyrical content. They're more like choruses or hooks. :walkman:

The thing about those tracks are that they arnt exactl vocal led. Theres still loads of layers and different sounds. With that said, i do see you point. But regardless i'd still prefer vocals to be kept to an absolute minimum or not there at all.
