For trance 130-140, Uplifting goes best 138 or 136 and prog somwhere about 132 for me.

132 - 138 .. never 140 for some reason, I just prefer tunes at 138 the most ... it's got a ver pleasant beats per minute thing about it

The closer to 120 the groovier it is - is my experience. Personally I've never gone below 125 or above 136, though
