Can anyone help me? Im going to TATW Webvote Page on FB, and it just keeps refreshing. And yes, Anjunabeats page is already liked. What's wrong? I'm using latest Chrome.

wow, i've just managed to hear the tritonal version of awakenings...what the hell has happened to tritonal in the last 12 months?! they've gone from being one of the best dj/producers out there, to literally just making awful, generic, 'clubby' sounding stuff (and this remix has elements that sound identical to some of their other remixes)...and they've managed to absolutely butchered the original in my opinion, sad times

see my post earlier in this thread about the web vote, it's getting ridiculous, only the biggest artists stand a chance of winning the web vote as the 'average-joe' on facebook won't have listened to the show and so will just vote for their favourite...and it's depressing that there were a couple of good tunes last night (levente marton for one) that deserve to win, but won't because of the new facebook voting system

That is possibly right, I just thought that since the voting system is not an open question by the page as it first was (in the beginning, while they were testing how this could happen on Facebook) such problems would be avoided. I mean, to "go to the page yourself and vote" every week (now I'm talking about the current system) means that someone must have listened to the show, or at least a part of it. Don't know how "right" my thoughts are but anyway, whatever, majority is a majority.

Going for Concrete Angel cause it's my favourite out of the all.
Loved it ever since tatw400 and week after that on a Emery gig. He finished with it and it was awesome

I see that as only complaing about the facts that your favourite didn't win..
Sorry but to be honest not just the Anjuna tracks can be good. I got a feeling that alot of people complaining about this "problem" are just as well voting for just Anjuna tracks because they are Anjuna tracks.
Same goes to A&B tracks. They are almost automatically voted web vote. Why? Maybe the same reason as an Emery track is voted the web vote.
Like I mentioned above. Im voting for Concrete Angel because of personal experience with that track, and that why i love it. And I must say that the new Levante Marton was not as good as Concrete Angel, and it seems im not the only one.

are you seriously suggesting that the mike sonar bootleg would have won the web vote if the name 'coldplay' wasn't in front of it?! if you are i think you need to get your head checked out; the fact it's coldplay was the main reason it won the web vote, and it's the same reason why the emery track will win this week. it's a pretty average tune, but it has emery's name on it so his legions of fans will vote for it.

being good has very increasingly little to do with the web vote; sure anjuna tracks often dominated the web vote, but that's to be expected as it's A&Bs radio show, i'd be worried if it was any other way. the issue for me is when tracks only win because of the name attached to them. anjuna tracks have often been high quality, and so fully deserving of their success, and no-one would deny that i don't think.
i'll recall just one instance of this move to fb being a 'negative', if you'll pardon the phrase. the very first web vote that was done on fb was won by the eric prydz mash-up i believe, which was having its second play on TATW and came somewhere middling in the web vote the week before if i remember rightly. the shift to facebook voting simply shifts the balance of power in favour of the established names, which surely defeats the point of having the vote in the first place? simply picking the biggest name to have another play creates a pool of 'elitist' producers, dilutes the exposure to up and coming artists and generally damages the 'genre'.
you might say this is a bit far-fetched, but it's one of the reasons why i think trance has suffered so badly in the last couple of years; the mass popularity contest that is the various web votes on different shows leads to a homogenisation of the field and makes it harder for talent to emerge.

Good point there..
But still on the other hand TATW is hardly listenened by people who don't know about the genre, espicially the people who like the AB fan page and vote for the tracks. Sure it put the masses in the voting seat, but it's still the trance masses not the mainstream.
But really the social media is a place where an artist/radio show should go to expand atm. You can't argue with that. And you can't blame them for wanting to expand really..

Actually now that i remember the first time they played it they failed or something and just played 2night. Either the name was wrong or the wrong track was palyed. The next week they palyed the actual mashup which got the Web vote.

sorry I meant both of the tracks combined, as in in the daniel kandi remix WITH vocals. still struggling to find it.

I agree to the point where i love both their sounds.
Their sound today is fantastic but i also love their old style, Essence of Kea, Invincible sun, those euphoric vocals and driving melodies.
If i could have both i would, but their old style was just perfect!
