I was listening to all this eurodance yesterday... and i happened to remember how much i used to love some of the cheesiest songs by vengaboys... but thats not what im opening this thread for...

what i'd like is to find a way to reprise these cheesy songs... and most apropiately in a modern synth like Massive or Synth1 (cause these are the only two i use).

Does anyone know of a soundbank or a tutorial on sounds like the uberclasic donk bass and the donk stabby lead and maybe some other stock sound patches from the late 90s?

I want to bring those to this era...

please help me.

no matter how you polish that shite with a decent synth, its still going to be shite...it was back then and it still is now

Use only major scales, some basic supersaws and average basses will do the job.
For a donk you need fm too sine osc (1 or 2 osctave difference between them) and need an anvelope to modulate FM. I tried to make a donk with synth1 but failed, btw the first patch of JunglistCM is a donk. :msn-wink:
And please dont venga, this is bigger sin than trolling the whole internet.
