New April 8 show added following April 7 sell out, creating Group Therapy Easter Weekender

With Above & Beyond's Saturday 7th April show at O2 Academy Brixton selling out in record time, the Anjunabeats trio have responded to huge demand from fans by adding a second Brixton date on Sunday 8th April to create a Group Therapy Easter Weekender.

We are pleased to announce Sander van Doorn and Mat Zo, two of the most pioneering forces in electronic music right now, who will be joining Jono, Paavo and Tony in Brixton on Sunday 8th April.

Dutch maestro Sander Van Doorn arrives hot on the heels of his acclaimed second artist album "Elev11". A producer that has long blurred the boundaries between trance, house and tech, Sander has consistently excelled as a trend-setter and enjoyed recent hits such as "Drink To Get Drunk" and his collaboration with former Bloc Party frontman Kele – "What Did I Do".

One of the hottest properties in dance music right now, the fast-rising Mat Zo is someone that needs little introduction. With crossover anthems like "Superman" and "Mozart" (with Arty) getting support from heavyweights like Axwell, Skrillex and, of course, Above & Beyond, the London based innovator is currently putting the finishing touches to his hotly anticipated debut artist album - some of which he will surely be road-testing at the show itself.

With the first London show selling out rapidly and leaving many fans disappointed, Above & Beyond have created a priority access ticket sign up for the Sunday 8th April event. Pre-sale tickets will go on sale 9am Wednesday 25th January with priority given all those who register HERE. Tickets go on general sale 9am Friday 27th January.

At the request of a significant number of fans who've expressed interest in attending both shows consecutively, all ticket buyers for the Saturday 7th April event will be offered a discounted ticket link for the Sunday 8th April show, on the date of the pre-sale.

The Group Therapy Easter Weekender kicks off Above & Beyond's biggest ever UK tour and will see them performing in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle and Glasgow. The show takes the DJ set up into the realm of concert theatre, with emotive visuals, live video messaging from the band and a story-telling theme all combining to create a unique dancefloor experience for Above & Beyond's legion of UK fans.

Big Green Coach is the official coach partner to the Above & Beyond UK Group Therapy tour. Providing low cost, direct return coach services straight to the heart of Above & Beyond from Sheffield to Leeds O2 Academy; Manchester to Liverpool O2 Academy and Edinburgh to Glasgow Barrowland. uh, why? surely the whole point of putting on the second show was to have a show for the guys who missed out on the first show? what's the point in then offering discounted tickets to the people who have already bought a ticket to see one of your shows? surely it will simply lead to some people going to 2 shows (which will no doubt contain a largely identical A&B set) and causing some people to miss out on seeing one?!

i'm having a year away from A&B liveshows as they've all become a bit stale for me, but if you want to maximise your potential fan base then using this tour to attract as many different people as possible would surely be your aim, rather than play to the same people over and over again?

I think it's a fantastic and generous gesture to give fans a discount for night two in Brixton. If they hadn't then I'm sure they would've been accused of "cashing in" by some, so I think it's churlish to criticise the label and promoters for giving something back to the fans!

My main worry would be that all the pre-sale tickets will be sold out by the time we receive the discount link, but I suspect I'm being mildly paranoid ;)

great gesture to offer discounted tickets for the two nights. If I were in their shoes I'd also make sure I played two totally different sets as well! Would try and get more people to go both nights that way!

Hello everyone!

Thanks for A&B and the anjuna crew for making this happen, I'm gonna try and get tickets for myself and my girlfriend.

I got a question, does anyone know what's the closest airport to O2 Academy Brixton? There's like, 6 diferent airports. I've never been in london and this is a great opportunity! :)

Also, if anyone can recommend a good, not too pricey hotel we would apreciate that alot.

Thanks guys!

Not going to the Brixton night on the Saturday, but has anyone heard of any offical after party? Similiar to the Plan B night after their last Brixon gig...
