Touché, lots of spacey sounds. Although, what i like about The Blizzard is how sudden the bass comes in, quickly makes me dance yeea.
About the bass, i've done something similar tweaking and messing around with a sylenth Mid bass...like someone said, a combo between a saw wave and square and some filtering.

Today I was listening to some Omnia & The Blizzard, banging my head against the wall, trying to figure out how did they do that Closer / Metanoia bassline.
And then it hit me: Don't The Blizzard guys have a Roland JV-880?
So i turned my own JV on and began looking for the most similar sound, and I finally got something incredibly alike. What I did was use the A62 preset (Rubber Bass 1) and muted all the layers except for layer 3. Then, on my Soundcraft Ghost mixer I tweaked the equaliser by cutting the high frequencies to -15dB, setting the mids to 6kHz and cutting them off to -15dB as well. Both channels obviously panned 100% to the left & right, respectively.
On FL Studio, I sidechained the bass to the kick and used a multi band compressor to fatten the sound a bit. I also used an FL Parametric EQ2 to suppress any other high frequency sound above the 300kHz mark.
voilá! Sounded just like The Blizzard
I do believe that Omnia / The Blizzard have an easier way to do this, i'm pretty sure their preset for baselines is less hassle than what I did, but at least I got the same sound after all
