I'm incredibly bored right now, and I thought I'd show you guys one of my favorite up and coming producers right now. Maybe one day, could be a part of the Anjuna family.

His name is Matao :)

I couldn't even tell you which one I like more, because all 3 are epic to me.

I'll bump this by saying Matao is one of the winners of the 'Move On' Remix competition. I'm excited what else this guy will do.

New Matao tune. God I love his stuff.

This should be bumped, solely for this purpose, and the fact that I called that he could be on Anjuna soon :D

^ Might be one of the best songs of the year (at least so far it is).

lovely productions there! I'd love to see Matao signed to deep, he could be the next big artist on there, or maybe shingo nakamura :)

Well he did place 2nd in the Dusky comp. No idea if that means it will be released, but it was the blood best of them. I'm pretty sure Grant and Jimbo are aware of him right now, and it's just up to Matao himself to impress them enough to get signed.

In the meantime, we get bombs like his 'Flying Spirals' Remix.

amazing as all his recent stuff has been

and Cozy you've managed to show me, in the last couple of months, two excellent progressive producers (namely Matao and Mizar B, whose last EP was stunning!)...you don't happen to have a blog or anything do you, you seem to know a hell of a lot about various prog house producers, would be nice to 'follow' someone who actually knows what they're talking about rather than relying on hours of beatport scouring!

I'm just extremely active in the scene right now, and probably spend half my day looking and listening to tunes/podcasts. I'd start a blog, but I know nothing of web design, so I settle with making sets and such. If you want a good show, make sure you tune into that new Podcast of ours on Feb 10th :msn-wink:
